Hart and Haven LLC provides neurodiversity-affirming occupational therapy for autistic and ADHD teens and adults who want support with sensory processing, executive functioning, daily routines, energy management, and meaningful participation in everyday life. I work with individuals who may feel overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck, or disconnected from their routines and want practical, compassionate support that honors their nervous system, identity, and lived experience.
I offer in-person occupational therapy in Colorado, as well as virtual occupational therapy (telehealth) services.

Hart and Haven LLC accepts Health First Colorado Medicaid plans, which means services are covered without a direct charge to clients who qualify. If you have questions about this please inquire below.
Hart and Haven LLC also offers comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for $750, standard evaluations for $480, and individualized occupational therapy sessions for $160 as a OON provider.
I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance and I accept HSA/FSA accounts. If you would like to know more about the superbill process please inquire below.

If you have out-of-network benefits, Thrizer can help check your benefits, estimate your session cost, and submit eligible out-of-network claims after sessions are charged. Any cost or reimbursement estimate is based on available benefit information, and the final outcome is determined by your insurance plan.
