Expanding Access: Hart and Haven LLC is Now Accepting Medicaid
Everyone deserves access to occupational therapy that honors who they are.
At Hart and Haven LLC, I believe that meaningful, affirming healthcare should be accessible. That's why I'm excited to share that I am now accepting Medicaid for occupational therapy services.
This is an important step toward making neurodiversity-affirming care available to more individuals throughout Colorado.
Why This Matters
For many people, finding an occupational therapist who understands neurodivergence, embraces a strengths-based approach, and accepts Medicaid can be incredibly difficult. Long waitlists, limited provider availability, and financial barriers often prevent people from receiving the support they deserve.
Occupational therapy can play a meaningful role in helping people participate more fully in the activities that matter most to them. Whether you're navigating daily routines, sensory differences, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, burnout, or life transitions, having access to supportive care can make a meaningful difference.
By accepting Medicaid, my hope is to reduce one of the barriers that can keep people from accessing services.
What Makes Hart and Haven Different?
Hart and Haven LLC provides occupational therapy through a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed lens. Rather than focusing on "fixing" people, therapy is centered on understanding each person's unique strengths, experiences, and goals.
Together, we explore strategies that support participation in everyday life while honoring individual differences.
Services may include support with:
Executive functioning and organization
Interoceptive awareness
Sensory processing and sensory regulation
Emotional regulation
Self-care and daily living routines
Energy management and burnout recovery
Habit formation and sustainable routines
Transitions and life changes
Self-advocacy and accommodations
Occupational balance and health coaching
Every therapy plan is individualized and developed collaboratively because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to living a meaningful life.
Who I Work With
Hart and Haven LLC specializes in working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults, including individuals who are:
Autistic
ADHD
Late-identified neurodivergent adults
Experiencing autistic burnout
Exploring sensory processing differences
Looking to build sustainable routines that support health and well-being
Whether you've recently received a diagnosis, have known you're neurodivergent for years, or are simply looking for support in navigating daily life, you are welcome here.
What to Expect
The first step is a collaborative occupational therapy evaluation where we'll spend time getting to know you, and learn about your strengths, needs, interests, values, and goals.
From there, we'll develop an individualized plan that reflects what is meaningful to you. Therapy is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your unique needs rather than following a predetermined program.
My goal is to help you build greater confidence, increase participation in the activities that matter most, and discover strategies that work with your brain and body.
Let's Work Together
If you've been looking for a Medicaid occupational therapy provider in Colorado who offers neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed care, I'd love to connect.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to flourish in their everyday life, and I'm honored to expand access to occupational therapy for more members of our community.
